work frustrates me

i work in this amazing bar, well it could be amazing but my boss is so lazy that he cant b arsed to do anythin. he just remorgaged his house to buy it so if it goes under which at the min is likely he will lose everything. i just dont get y he doesnt do anything when there is so much on the line..... ahhhh! id love a pub like that, there is so much to be done with it....ahhhhhhhhhhhh
