Thinking of proposing

Aww that's so sweet!

Maybe take her out for a romantic meal at a posh restaurant?

Or make it that extra special by cooking her a meal, light some candles, have some wine etc. A nice cosy night in - and then when she says yes you can celebrate in style ;)

Or do something completely different.

I guess it all depends on what she likes, and what you like :)

Let us know how you get on x

I got her on stage and proposed to her infront of all those people. She said yes but later broke it off saying that doing it the way I did put too much pressure on her to say yes.

Which I guess is true!

Oh dear Tom, I'm sorry to hear that. xx

proposal

You could try one of those boat cruises on the rivers in paris - at night, candle light dinner, champagne - costs a fortune yes - but you only do it once, save the proposal to the end though!

That sounds really romantic :) It would be hard to say no to that.

That's a good idea. Although I think most people just buy a nice ring and then after the lady has said yes they'll get the ring resized to fit her.

Orrr some other people actually only buy the ring after the proposal. But I guess that won't work if you want it to be all romantic and all :)

:) No I haven't done it yet. I want to get her a ring first. I just need to find out what her ring size is. Anyone know how I can do that without her sussing? :?

I took her to a posh restaurant and had a 3 course meal and then I just got down on one knee and asked her. Not the most original way I know but she loved it... I didn't get her a ring though, we're going to get that together so she can pick what she likes.

Congratulations!! :)
