Racism Today

I created this racism discussion section of the forum because I own a Jokes Website and about a year ago after search engine optimization research (I'm an SEO Consultant so very good at getting traffic to sites) I added a Racist Jokes section. Sadly if you do research you will find racist jokes are amongst the most popular joke relevant search phrases in all search engines!

I added the handful of racist jokes to gain more search engine traffic to the jokes website (was getting about 1,000 visitors a day before the new racist jokes) and it's worked, some days the site receives over 8,000 visitors and a heck of a lot of them are looking for racist jokes!

I left comments open on the jokes page (all jokes on the site have the same setup) and the pages have been inundated with hundreds of racist comments, (one page Black Jokes One Liners has over 600 comments) not just racist jokes, but true racism: white power this, black power that, KKK stuff, I hate niggers etc... which is distasteful!

If it wasn't for the traffic I'd delete the racist jokes pages, but I'm in the business of making money and traffic = more money.

Also I personally don't see racism as most do, I see it as another form of discrimination, I don't see much difference between been mean to someone for having red hair, being over weight , having big ears, big nose, small/big breast etc... to being mean to someone for having a different colour of skin. They are all forms of discrimination based on not very important differences and it all sucks, but that's the nature of being human, we tend to dislike those who are different to us!

The site also has redneck jokes, yo mamma so fat jokes, dumb blonde jokes etc... which are also forms of discrimination, so although those joke pages tend not to generate hateful comments, it could be argued if I deleted the racist jokes I should also delete the jokes listed above. Like I said above I own the site to make money, so that's not going to happen.

Which is why I've created this Racism Forum for discussion of race and racism issues, hopefully in a mature way.

Within a few days of posting this I'll have linked from all the racist jokes to this racism forum in the hope of those who would like to discuss racism today will join the forum and participate.

I find racism to be extremely disgusting. it's full of ignorance. I mean seriously, disliking someone because they look different than you? How idiotic can the human brain get? We're all the same whether we like it or not. I mean, yeah. Our skin, eyes, lips, nose, and all of that other unimportant crap is different. But we're all one people. We're all human. We all eat the same, smile in the same language, laugh in the same language. We're all HUMAN. There are no different "races", because there is only ONE race. I dislike how everyone wants to differentiate because they dislike someone that looks different than them being classified as the same as them. It's horrible. I get on the internet on a regular bases, and on almost every website I get on, all there is is racism. America claims to be the "Melting pot", sure in looks. But no one respects anybody. People stereotype all the time, and why? because you don't like someone having darker or lighter skin than you? They need to have the same skin color as you? For what reason? That gives all more variety anyway. it makes the world more interesting. People also live up to these stereotypes which angers me. "All 'black' people like watermelon" Oh shut up. I'm "black" and I find watermelon to be TERRIBLE. And I mean seriously. My skin isn't "black". I remember it being brown, just like a "white" person's skin color isn't white but probably off-white or even pink. Or whatever. It's just stupid how people judge one another because of a few differences. On youtube, whenever I look up fail videos or something like that, if I scroll down to view the comments, all you can see is "Oh, that dumb nigger." or "Just like a nigger". Or if I get on a website I'm very fond of (Gaiaonline) and I get into the forums, there are topics where they're making fun of "blacks". its not cool. I don't even want people to JOKE about racism. it's not funny to have a whole bunch of groups of people laughing at one group of people. it's not cool it's you who's not able to laugh. I don't find any of that crap funny. I hope one day this world can change it's ignorance and sad reasons to mistreat each other..

I think racist jokes are the funniest jokes. We're in the stages where i doesn't matter what color you are.

Each culture and region does things a certain way. In my hood you have to be careful of the gangs and drug dealers no matter if they're white, black, asian, or whatever. I am black and I think they're all funny. Especially the black ones.

It's about time we grew up from our past. What our ancestors did is what they did. We're in a new day and age. You can come to Motor City Casino and see a group of Chaldean dudes talking fluid ebonics. If you didn't know you would think they was black. They address each other as "ma nigga" and everything. In the suburbs you'll see black people with no ghetto anything. I'm just saying that racism is past tense. It practically is non-existent today.

There is only a few morons today that still keep those dumb idiologies(inside joke not ideologies). So I say keep the racist jokes. They're a funny reminder of what the world used to be like using mullets to shoot (lol) and the jokes are funny.
