I gave birth to my son 5 years ago.I had the contractions in my lower back which was really quite painful ,i wanted to stop pushing it ached that much and was so sore.Since then ive have been getting backache.If i do housework for too long or walk for too long i get bad backache.Smetimes i dont have to do anything it just comes.It must be to do with childbirth as i havent had anything like it before.its seems to be at the bottom just at the sides of my spine n spreading to the sides abit.
Anyways enough of me moaning im sick of it is there any kind of excercises i could do to strengthen my back so the pain stops, or anything i could do to et rid of it.Ive had it for 5 years now on and of and enough is enough.
any advice would be well appreciated thankyou
