1. Do you have a personal hero? If so, who is it?I don't have a hero, the reason why is no one is as perfect as I am. I work on the principle of whatever I do today I must be able to look back at the decisions and feel good about myself.
2. What is your favorite book of all time and what made it so zip a dee do da good?Darren Shan Vampire Chronicles : I enjoy a horror type story and Darren Shan's books are my favourites.
3. What does "diversity" mean to you?Well as I studied genetics at University my first thought is genetic diversity that allows us as a species to adapt to whatever nature throws at us. I find racism/racist so damn dumb, if we all maintained genetic "purity" as some "intellectuals" (cough) propose we limit our ability to evolve/adapt to future changes. It's like with animal breeding, if you don't vary your stock it gets messed up genetically, I guess that's what's happened to a lot of the white supremacists etc...
4. What is the wildest thing you’ve ever done?Nothing comes to mind, I must be boring. I've done some stupid things, as a teenager I set a small fire in a wood shed that was next to a cricket pavilion. I didn't plan for the shed to go up, but obviously it did and it took the cricket pavilion with it!
5. Do you regret doing it?Big yes.
6. Can you drive a stick shift?Yes, never drove a manual car.
7. What’s the highest speed you ever traveled in a car?About 85 mph
8. Were you driving, or riding at the time?Driving, it was a Dawoo Matiz which 85mph is like 200mph in a fast car, the damn thing shook like it was going to fall apart around us so felt faster than I'd travelled in others cars (been well over 130mph)!
9. Which is better: snakes or spiders?Spiders, they eat flies and mosquitoes. Though snakes do make nice belts.
10. What is the most disgusting thing you ever ate?Rotten coconut, was about 12 years old and didn't know what a rotten coconut tastes like, (first one I'd eaten) so ate a lot of it. Was sick as hell after and still won't eat coconut to this day.
