a member have to be to be banned?
the other site (which i no longer use) seems to let members get a way with far too much, its ok disagreeing with someone but not to the extent of a baarage of personal abuse-please tell me you wouldnt let it happen here?

Fortunately I've never had to ban a member here *touchwood*. The only members I have banned are those who have spammed.

But, if someone were to offend and throw abuse at another member, they would be banned.
