a good handcream thats enriched with vit e

Nail is very flexible. Most of the women faced this same problem. For this i think you have to first alert in your activity.Avoiding stress, addressing your health related issue which can stop the breakage of your nails. One more thing i want to addressing you.Look it
1.Just wear globe when washing clothes.
2.Use a moisturizing hand cream each time you wash your hands, massaging the cream into your nails.
3.Don't use excess nail polish
4.Take some food containing vitamin A and B6 which help in your prevention.
