Annora no point in living on stuff like that. It's good enough for you, but you really have to eat properly as well. You'll never lose weight that way, or if you do, it'll all go back on again when you start eating again. How much do you want to lose? Remember we're here and will support you if you need it. Also if you eat a properly balance diet you will probably start to feel better as well. perhaps not cured but a lot better.
When I lost my weight (remember I went down from a 14 to a 12) I did it with just eating pretty much the same as normal, but maybe a little less, and cutting out the junk in between. I find I don't miss the buns and biccies now at all, and if I feel like a nibble I make sure it's fruit. I also make sure I walk for about half an hour each day - I know it's harder for you in the wheelchair and with the sticks, but even in the house you would be amazed how many calories you can use up just moving around a little more.
