I just tend to experiment - bung everything in and hope for the best!

At the minute i love chicken chasseur -
chicken breasts
chopped bacon
mushrooms
tin tomatoes
beef stock cube
flower
worcestershire sauce

Fry the chicken and bacon and then bung everything else in except the w sauce. Crumble the cube in.

when its simmered for 15-20 mins, put some w sauce in and serve with rice or mash!

I'm not that much of a cook - I just tend to buy things and cook off the instructions on the packet without putting any thought or ideas into anything :? My boyfriend is the more experimental one in the kitchen :)

Now I didn't say he cooked most of the time ;) hehehe Nah, he's ok, but I tend to do most of the cooking but it's only simple things that I do :) He'll cook at the weekends when he's got time to put his ideas together hehe

super noodles are yummy though ;) and not many calories in them.... although they rarely fill me up so i end up having some snacks later on :?

Tonight is a cook free night - going to see my fellas kids tonight and we usually take them to mcdonalds, burger king etc. My diet isn't really going to plan...

cook your chicken, line a pie tin with shortcrust pastry, add the chicken and some gravy or white sauce and whatever veg you want, stick a shortcrust pastry lid on et voila - one hicken pie...obv its gotta go in the oven for about 40 minutes tho

I'm quite fussy about food, i like to cook from scratch with proper ingredients and veg

I would have a takeaway or meal out once a week but i would never buy ready meals or dried stuff
