dont bt check their records b4 making a courtesey call???

i have BT as my internet provider and if they would just check their records they would have saved themselves 4 calls this week-instead od wasting my time and theirs trying to supply me with a product i already have

I used to get really annoyed with people like that, I used to get about 2 or 3 calls a day from some mobile company who just used to phone and start asking me what provider i was with etc

They were really rude and when i said i was on a contract and couldn't leave, some of them just hung up, no thank you for your time or anything!

I ended up just hanging up as soon as i realised who they were and then got myself taken off the tps site and dont' get them any more
